Every mobility linked to your studies at UGent needs to be registered in Oasis. After successful approval of your exchange application, these UGent insurances apply.
If your mobility is linked to your study programme and you earn credits, this will be mentioned on your diploma supplement. Mobilities not linked to a study programme don’t need to be registered in OASIS.
