1. Log in to Oasis: http://oasis.ugent.be
2. Select in the left column the academic year of the study visit
3. Select “Exchange” in the left column
4. The exchange application screen appears

1. Select “New application” to start your exchange application
2. Select the study programme connected to the study visit, f.e. Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (Handelswetenschappen)
3. Select Mobility type: Study Trip / Studiereis
4. Select the country and select the Institution For London: BLCC (UK) For NY: Baruch college (USA) For European parliament: Europees parlement (Luxemburg)
5. Select your Field of Study: Business and administration, not further defined
6. Funding: Own resources
7. Select the period of the study visit and the exact dates
8. Click Save

1. Complete the other tabs: write a short motivation (Participation study visit London),complete your language skills, add a contact person. You do not need to complete Exchange curriculum and Documents.
2. Submit your application

Deadline: before the first Monday of the month preceding the month of departure
