Selection criteria:

• Study results (average of all (un)completed deliberation packages)
• Model track / individual track
• Language skills
• Motivation

The selection takes place in the course of February. If more students wish to go to a certain destination than there are places available, the grades are taken into account. Students with higher grades have a better chance of being assigned to their first choice.

1. Submission of exchange application by student through Oasis. The student indicates the order of preference. Deadline: day of announcement of exam results 1st exam session January.
2. Calculation of the average of all available deliberation packages of the student. The unfinished deliberation packages are also taken into account. For the unfinished deliberation packages AFWE=0/20 (unless in case of force majeure and by informing the International Office). In any case, if grades are changed (regardless of the reason), later than 24 hours after the application deadline, this will not affect the selection procedure.
3. Students with exchange applications are placed in order of ranking.
4. The applications of each student will be reviewed: -selected exchange possibility: MT vs GIT (min. 24 ECTS) -availability of a partner for the exchange possibility -language requirements of the partner Applications for which the student does not qualify will not be processed further.
5. The student will be allocated according to preference and availability of places offered by each partner.
6. The selection is valid for 1 academic year and cannot be transferred to a next academic year. Each time a new selection is made according to the results available at that time.
7. Students who have already had an exchange experience are given the lowest priority in selection. This is to ensure that as many students as possible are offered an exchange to their preferred destination.
