After your exchange application has been approved and your are re-enrolled, you can print the scholarship contract via oasis.ugent.be. Attention: a message follows to check your mobility period and your bank account number. If necessary, you can change them:

• Mobility period: oasis.ugent.be > Academic year 20XX-20XX > Curriculum > Exchange > Choose approved exchange application > Exchange application > Modify > Adjust planned start and end date > Save
• Bank Account Number: Oasis.ugent.be > My Oasis > Bank Accounts

You sign this contract and upload it as a clearly readable scan into Oasis: oasis.ugent.be > AJ 20XX-20XX > curriculum > exchange > choose your approved exchange request > documents > Upload documents - other > type: contract
