Application deadline: before the first Monday of the month preceding the month of departure

1. Log in to Oasis: http://oasis.ugent.be
2. Select the academic year during which your internships takes place (usually the current or next academic year)
3. Select "Exchange" in the left column
4. The exchange application screen appears
5. Select "New application" to start your exchange application

1. Select your Study Programme (if your internship is part of your master next academic year, select the master programme and not your current bachelor programme)
2. Select Traineeship
3. Select the country where your internship will take place
4. Search for the name of the organisation where your internship takes place. If you cannot find it, click “It’s not in the list”.

10. You can now enter the details of your internship organisation.

11. Funding: select “Own resources”.

12. Enter the planned dates of your internship.

13. Complete all other requested information and click on “Save”.

1. Complete the red flagged tabs: Motivation, Language skills, Contact person.
2. Under documents: add your approved traineeship concept.
3. Submit your application and send an e-mail to [email protected].
